Beyond Boundaries was founded in 2021 by Mr. Richik Mondal and Mr. Ashim Kumar Mondal, during a period when travel was regaining its place in people’s lives after months of restrictions. At a time when individuals were seeking connection, freedom, and memorable experiences, the company was created with a simple yet powerful vision – ‘To make travel more accessible, meaningful, and trustworthy.’
Richik Mondal, a B.Tech graduate, brought with him five years of professional experience at leading education brands such as BYJU’S and Vedantu. His structured, client-first approach introduced a modern standard of professionalism to the travel industry.
Ashim Kumar Mondal, a former Bank officer with over 30 years of service, added depth through his extensive expertise in finance and hospitality. Since 2014, he has managed hotel reservations for partner properties, creating a strong foundation of reliability and care.
Together, their combined strengths – youthful vision and seasoned expertise – have shaped Beyond Boundaries into a trusted name for group tours, personalized holidays, hotel bookings, and flight reservations across India and 11 international destinations.
