Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. On arrival/check in, please present the reservation confirmation voucher along
with valid photo ID or Passport, Photo PAN Card, Election Identity Card, Photo
driving license, or any photo ID card issued by Central/State Government.
2.Please carry individual COVID Vaccination Reports as provided by Government at
the time of check in.
2. Check in/Check out time will be as provided by our Channel Partners you visit.
3. Room/Spot and Tour Reservation Charges must be paid in advance to visit.
4. Cancellation Policies will be followed as provided by the Channel Partners. You
are advised to reserve rooms/services once you are aware of the cancellation
policies of the desired property/travel plans.

5. If any check-in is denied for a confirmed booking, Beyond Boundaries shall
ensure that User is provided with an alternate accommodation of comparable
standards. In an event, where the alternate accommodation could not be provided,
Beyond Boundaries shall arrange for the refund of any pre booking amount
collected from the User.
6. You are requested to take care of your personal belongings during your
stay/travel. Beyond Boundaries will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
7. It is hereby further clarified that Beyond Boundaries and Channel Partners are
separate and independent entities and Beyond Boundaries does not work as
representative or agent of the Channel Partner.
Beyond Boundaries will be the first point of contact in respect of online payment
dispute management, refunds, cancellations, returns and customer support as they
relate to the use of Beyond Boundaries services. User can reach out to Beyond
Boundaries to mediate or resolve any online payment dispute or disagreement
between User and Channel Partners. Beyond Boundaries shall not be made a
party to any dispute between the User(s) and Channel Partner(s).

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement, and all transactions entered into
on or through Beyond Boundaries Platform shall be interpreted, construed and
governed by the laws of India which shall be applicable to this Agreement without
regard to principles of conflict of laws. User agrees that all claims, differences and
disputes arising under or in connection with or in relation hereto the Beyond
Boundaries Platform, the terms or any transactions entered into on or through the
Beyond Boundaries Platform or the relationship between User and Beyond
Boundaries shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at West
Bengal and User hereby accede to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts.
